Interior painting process is outlined below:

  • The briefing / free estimate: We will meet you up at your home, understand your needs and colour preference to have for your interior walls and ceiling. We will also check the moisture contain in walls using the latest moisture tester during the visit. Then we will suggest and give professional opinion on how things should go, what product should you choose and colours to be made. You will also be brief of the process of painting and the schedule to handle painting works along with other renovation contractors such as flooring polish, lighting installation, build in furniture and other decorative contractors. We are happy to discuss the process and plan ahead with your other contractors.
  • You can expect a detail quotation at your email the next day after the appointment.
  • After receiving deposits, we will visit again and confirm all interior colours. You will get a free colour consultation section with our well trained colour consultant. With our experience, we will help you choose the right colour combinations for all your interior walls as well as doors and door frames, wooden skirting and ceilings.
  • Painting process will starts with patching or skimming (if apply), then follow by hand sanding (if apply) to a smooth finish. We will first finish off the ceilings first with one coat of sealer and two coats of chosen paints. Then will continue with the walls and later doors and frames.
  • We will inspect the work and will take a final round to ensure you are completely satisfied.

  • Painting process will starts with water jet (blasting) if there is molds or peeling off paints, follow by a layer of sealers and two coats of exterior paints.
  • We will inspect the work and will take a final round to ensure you are completely satisfied.
